The real-time monitoring of physiological parameters is essential for point-of-care testing. While nowadays routine tests are done through ex vivo analysis on frequently extracted blood, placing implantable sensors key blood such as lactate, glucose, ions, and oxygen would mean a giant step forward in the care critically ill patients, improving response time emergencies diminishing invasiveness measurements. recent advances microelectronics nanotechnology promising technology enabling moving that direction. goal our work to develop arrays electrochemical with selective hemocompatible coatings, allowing future implementation measurements patients. We perform label-free manner which compatible inevitable miniaturization real application. tuneable composition layer will allow pursue further applications by modification receptor molecules their concentrations.
